ICP Application folder - contains the computer software used to upgrade the
firmware or program a blank HC908JB16 device.

USB_Driver folder - contains WTBDMS08 drivers (should load automatically after
installing Freescale's Codewarrior tools).
This folder is included for optional needs only.

setBoot.exe - software used to force the WTBDMS08 into in-circuit programming
              (ICP) mode

opensourcebdm.dll - dll used for advanced debugger features
